Meghan Barrington is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Baylor University. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach. Her mission is to instill confidence and self-efficacy in others through movement and to encourage and enable them to take a proactive role in their own wellbeing.
