A Performer's Guide to Being Stage Ready with Jonathan Munoz

Today we have my good friend Jonathan Munoz joining us on this all-new episode of the PT Profit Podcast. Jonathan is a coach who works with stage performers, and he talks us through how he assesses performers and what makes that different from assessing a standard gen-pop client. In this episode, we also talked about prioritizing performers' fitness over aesthetic goals and what to focus on while training. Sometimes instead of aiming to hit the choreography that they feel is not yet perfect for them, a performer might instead look at honing in on the intermediary steps that get you from Point A to Point B.
