On this episode, we have EC Synkowski joining us. She is a biochemical engineer and nutrition specialist, and we talk all about the fundamentals of nutrition. We begin by discussing how to make a diet as simple as possible since people tend to make everything so complicated. When we do that, we can't keep up with the things we should be focusing on. We talked about how she was able to work with people having hard time eating fruits and vegetables as well as why it's hard for people to manage their nutrition properly.
