Jackie Lindal is a Canadian personal trainer who truly understands the struggles of busy women who want to prioritize their health and fitness goals. Jackie's own fitness journey started early on, growing up on a farm, playing sports, and practicing jiu-jitsu. However, it was after attending a wrestling seminar led by two strong and knowledgeable women that she gained a desire to take her fitness to the next level. About Today's Guest

Jackie Lindal is Certified Personal Trainer and Owner of Fit Like a Girl Personal Training. 

She grew up on a dairy and beef farm in rural Alberta, Canada with her parents and four siblings.  She lived the typical country life, helping out on the farm, and lived an active lifestyle for most of her life.  She always participated in gym class and played basketball in high school.  She joined jiu-jitsu at the age of 12 and has been practicing ever since.  She currently holds her second-degree black belt (called a NiDan) and teaches and competes alongside her husband Ernie.   

In 2019 & 2022, we welcomed our two daughters into the world and since have been navigating the life of personal training as a business owner and mom.


Jackie's mission is to empower women to see the strength in themselves and see that they are strong, confident and can accomplish their goals.
