About Today's Guest
Meghan Callaway is an internationally recognized coach whose created programs such as the The Ultimate Pull-Up Program, The Ultimate Push-Up Program, The Ultimate Lower Body And Core Program, The Ultimate Pistol Squat Program, and The Ultimate Landmine Program.
She's been a coach for nearly 2 decades and was exclusively in-person for the first 14.5 years of her career.
She uses a "3 E" approach where she wants her clients or people who follow her work to feel EDUCATED, EMPOWERED, and EXCITED. This approach has been a game changer for her as a coach and as an educator.
As a life-long athlete, Meghan played competitive soccer for 27 years and also grew up playing ice hockey and baseball on boys teams. Meghan is a HUGE Blue Jays fan which went full circle because she's actually worked with the president/CEO of the Blue Jays with her training offerings.
Despite the obstacles that can be faced in this industry, Meghan has found ways to consistently develop herself and achieve success. This has led to many opportunities in helping other coaches with their coaching and their business.
When Meghan's not working, she loves spending time with her cats Bailey and Erik, she's a voracious reader, loves music, and has been learning Swedish for 2+ years while refreshing her fluency in French.
