Daniel Yores is a passionate health and fitness coach with a compelling journey from athlete to transformative coach. His story begins with a love for sports, particularly soccer, which was interrupted by a serious knee injury requiring surgery and a long recovery period. This experience profoundly impacted his life, fueling his determination to regain physical freedom and ultimately leading him to pursue a career in personal training. Yores completed a degree in Kinesiology, briefly attended Chiropractic College, and then fully embraced his role as a personal trainer. His philosophy centers on physical transformations as well as the invisible and intangible growth of his clients. Yores dedicates his life to helping others improve their lives through fitness, emphasizing long-term health and physical freedom. His approach is holistic, aiming not just for immediate fitness goals but for lifelong mobility and well-being.
