This life-altering experience shifted her focus from history to nutrition and health, and she now only relies on a daily regimen of four pills.

About Today's Guest

Brooke is a Connecticut-based Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist that helps people lose weight without giving up their favorite foods. Born and raised in New York, she is Co-Founder, Director of Nutrition and Client Relations at Step Bite Step, LLC. She has been a practicing Licensed Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist since 2011.

Brooke has a strong clinical background in both inpatient and outpatient settings where she has helped manage their nutritional programs. Brooke also has her own virtual private practice and consulting service. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Rutgers University School of Environmental and Biological Sciences (SEBS). Master’s of Science degree from CUNY Lehman, is Precision Nutrition Certified and Certified in Weight Management by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Brooke is highly skilled in fat loss, flexible dieting (because you CAN and SHOULD eat the foods you love - all foods can fit), geriatrics, disease management and specialized diet plans. Brooke has helped hundreds of clients achieve their fat loss goals. 

When Brooke’s not coaching, she loves to walk her paw-tner in crime, Luna, spend time with her hubby, family and friends, lift weights, eat ice cream (vanilla soft serve with rainbow sprinkles is her jam), and listen to her favorite music.
