Today was a fantastic deep dive into the fundamentals of using the assessment in process, business, and buy-in and get tangible results that will get the client what they want. 

I spoke with Alex Effer, an Exercise Physiologist and Strength and Conditioning Coach with training in Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) based out of Toronto, Canada.
