Lessons of 2022 for 2023

In this episode, we talk about some of the biggest lessons I learned in 2022 and how I'll be using them to grow my business in 2023. I share that it is important to document your journey and to look back on your accomplishments in order to see how far you have come.

I talk about the importance of focusing on your wins and not letting the frustration of the journey get in the way of your success. We're going to reflect on the power of the New Year and how it can be used as a time to reset and focus on goals. It's important to look for the wins and lessons from the past year in order to move forward in a positive way. 

This episode also discusses the importance of setting resolutions, and argues that people often don't set them because they don't want to disappoint themselves. The truth is, that honoring your word is more important than being perfect all the time, and that setting resolutions can help you achieve your goals.
