Episode 200! We've made it a long way since the start of the PT Profit Podcast back in 2020. There's a lot to reflect on and celebrate for this episode and so we've set it up with Chris Liddle as the guest host interviewing Beverley.

Within this episode, there's a lot of takeaways around important career lessons and some of the realness that comes with going after a business goal. No matter what industry you're in, if you're a high performer, you will likely find yourself in a situation where you've either lost momentum in your physical and mental performance. This often happens as the outcome of your focus to increase your business metrics.

We've probably all been there. With great success comes learning moments and moments where we learn what we need in life in order to be at our best. The important takeaway is that being surrounded by likeminded people and having someone to give you feedback can be incredibly powerful.
