Episode 200! We've made it a long way since the start of the PT Profit Podcast back in 2020. There's a lot to reflect on and celebrate for this episode and so we've set it up with Chris Liddle as the guest host interviewing Beverley.

Within this episode, there's a lot of takeaways around important career lessons and some of the realness that comes with going after a business goal. No matter what industry you're in, if you're a high performer, you will likely find yourself in a situation where you've either lost momentum in your physical and mental performance.
