Final 2 Reasons You Might Not Be Where You Want to Be

In this episode, I talk about how crucial support and managing our emotions are when it comes to finding success in business. I underline how vital it is to have coaches and mentors in our lives to give us that much-needed boost and to point out the things we might not be able to see by ourselves. I also discuss the perils of getting stuck in the "valley of despair" and basing our decisions on our emotions. I open up about my own journey and share the valuable lessons I've picked up throughout my experiences. I'd love to hear your takeaways. Send me a message @bsimpsonfitness!

The Paradox of Success

In this episode, I will discuss the paradoxes of success and how to integrate them into your business. I will share 10 seemingly contradictory experiences that I have observed in my own coaching containers and in the fitness industry. I emphasize the importance of taking action, measuring performance, and caring about everything and nothing at the same time. I will also discuss the illusion of time, the power of a polished brand, the balance between working less and working efficiently, and the importance of creating content that is both valuable and personal. Finally, I will conclude by discussing the decision to delegate, automate, or delete tasks in order to maximize resources and achieve success.

The True Impact of Fitness with Alan Shaw

"Every person that comes into Rhapsody, whether they're a member or not ... I think I can say, hands down, they would say, 'Man, they are probably the most welcoming community that I've been a part of.' And that's purposeful."

In today's episode of the PT Profit Podcast, I had the privilege of speaking with Alan Shaw of Rhapsody Fitness in Charleston, SC. We talk all about the pure humanity of fitness and the sense of belonging that can be fostered. We get into sales. We get into training. We discuss staffing, clients, and what it would take for Rhapsody to expand. And we talk about attitude, outreach and truly seeing each other and supporting each other as human beings.

You'll hear Alan and I discuss:
- How important authenticity is from the front desk to...
