Hey Coaches! The traditional methods of finding a niche are outdated and may be preventing you from growing your business. Coaches should focus on finding a niche based on their values and the impact they want to create. Think about the common problems you can solve and what makes your services unique. Once you have identified these components, you can then find the ideal client you want to serve.
The surface level ways of connecting with an audience, such as narrowing in on a certain demographic are outdated. Instead, look at the individual experience of each person and use that to connect with them. This is a way to stand out in the industry and find ideal clients. It is important to look at the individual experience of each person so that you can connect with them in an authentic way and stand out in the space.
In this episode we talk about how to find one's niche without feeling constrained by traditional methods. The new way to find a niche is to...
Coaches, if you want to get to the next level in your business, this episode is for you! Knowing how to add value requires you to know what value looks like to your target audience. Is it the speed of the service or the level of connect? Is it convenience or is it the transaction process.
Adding value is less about needing to use sleazy sales tactics to change people's minds. In fact, it's nothing to do with that. Adding value is taking obstacles out of the way of your client reaching the goal they have in mind. You're either making it easier or faster for them to get from A to B.

Are you a new fitness entrepreneur looking to attract clients?...
Are you feeling as though there is no way to stand out without echoing what other people are saying? Do you feel like the only way to get ahead is to create a method that reinvents the basics?
It's simply not how it has to be. We talk about all that and more on this episode of the PT Profit podcast. It's important to understand that who YOU are is what makes your business successful. To try and copy or reinvent what already works or what someone else is already doing will only slow you down.

Success, business, and coaching are all funny things. They are, in essence, living things.
They grow, shift, and change, and despite what some programs make business out to be, there's no "right" way to do it. You need to find the aspects that are in alignment with you.
That's where I'm at today and digging into deep as I, surprise, launch a new 90-day cycle of the PT Profit Formula this week.
I've run this program live and then via a portal since 2020, and I have spent a lot of time thinking about the various aspects of how it is all presented and then digested lately. Doing so has led me come up with a fantastic new way to release the Formula program in a way that will benefit each coach going through the process.
Today I unpack:
- Why I am reevaluating how I teach my clients.
- The cohesive bond that forms within group coaching programs and masterminds.
- How having zero qualms selling helps me close sales.
...and so much more. Join my private Facebook group for Online Fitness...
It's 2022, and we are all wired in.
Everyone nowadays understands the threats that cybersecurity can impose. Whether you downloaded songs illegally off of Napster and KaZaA or had an elderly relative fall victim to an email scam, the threats are real.
If you're a business owner, you aren't just dialed in to the 'net. Your entire company is too. You might only have three or four employees; you might only have one assistant; or you might have an entire army of folks in various departments with a dedicated server. Being that dialed in, however, means that you might be particularly vulnerable...unless you have the know-how.
Today I have the pleasure and the privilege of having Ryan from ORAM join me to talk all about how we can defend ourselves from the nefarious actors out there who might be spying on our email accounts and businesses. While that might sound like a storyline out of the show 24, businesses get attacked every day, and if you are caught off-guard, your...
Obtaining sheer amounts of money will not bring you joy nor will it validate worth. Setting high financial goals can be fulfilling, and money will undoubtedly bring you convenience...but money cannot own us.
Money should never be your master.
One of the biggest mistakes I see budding entrepreneurs make is their willfulness to ignore the math. Coaches, as you navigate the ins and outs of building a business, don't ignore the powerful equation that breaks down self-employment's financial freedom vs the hours you put into it vs the expenses that are to be had.
Today I'm pulling back the curtain and breaking down the math behind 6 & 7 figures because I am here to help as many of you as I can become as successful as you can be.

Let's dive in.
Today, I talk about:
- Understanding how...
Coaches, if you've been following me for any amount of time, you know that I love messaging. Getting your message out there is vital.
No one wants to remain the internet's best kept secret.
However, the only way to make more money in 2022 is to get your offer out in front of your followers and turn them from people into prospects into purchasers.
There are a lot of sources out there that insist you need to build a steady rapport with your social media followings to entice them to make their purchases, but what if you don't fully understand what that means? Are you spending too much time trying to get to know your following that you are not actually zeroing in on makes sales?
Today I'm breaking down how that intense focus on "know, like and trust" might be holding you back from getting the revenue that you deserve.
Today I'll unpack ideas such as:
- You are not your business.
- Relating to your client' needs should take precedent over trying to be popular.
Launching a product can be stressful.
We put hours upon hours of work into each new training, series, and program. When it comes time for launch week, waiting to see if the product soars or sinks can be a nerve-wracking experience.
Sure, there are lessons to be learned no matter what happens, but coaches, what if you could confidently turn those successful limited time offers into open enrollment systems that consistently bring in $3,000 or $5,000 or $20,000?
Today I have Rose Radford joining me today to talk all about implementing evergreen systems using your high ticket programs because each time we close our program down and follow the Open Cart model, we are potentially losing money. Rose and I dive deep into the contact sport that sales can be and unpack how making your services evergreen will be not only attractive to potential clients but also make things easier on yourself.
Rose talks with me all about:
- What a customer journey is like for her...
If you're listening to this podcast, then you probably already understand that coaching is a diverse and meaningful field whose impact is constantly underestimated. The transformation provided by fitness coaches might often be the initial focus, but the personal benefits of that transformation that crop up in other areas of your clients' lives are plentiful.
Coaches, it is vital to recognize the support you give your clients not just in their fitness trajectory but also how they take those lessons into their real life.
How many of you go through leading a workout, training, or appointment and end up realizing, "Oh, wow, we talked about a lot!" during the session?
Today I have Lindsey Heiserman with me here to talk me through her fitness journey, what led her into counseling, and how that has translated into coaching. Lindsey is not only a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT-NASM) but also holds a Master's in Psychotherapy, and we take a deep dive into the nuances that the personal...
