Nutrition Fundamentals with EC Synkowski

On this episode, we have EC Synkowski joining us. She is a biochemical engineer and nutrition specialist, and we talk all about the fundamentals of nutrition. We begin by discussing how to make a diet as simple as possible since people tend to make everything so complicated. When we do that, we can't keep up with the things we should be focusing on.
